Privacy policy

Last updated20/09/2026

This is a portfolio site. It runs no analytics, no advertising and no profiling. The only personal data processed is what you provide yourself in order to get in touch.

1. Data controller

Antony Loussararian, micro-entreprise, 9bis boulevard Ripert, 13170 Les Pennes-Mirabeau, France. Contact: antony.loussararian@gmail.com.

2. What is processed, and why

Contact form — nothing is sent to this site. The form drafts a message in your own mail client, and you send it. The content therefore only passes through your mail provider and mine.

Call booking — your name and email address are sent to this site, then passed to Google Calendar to create the meeting and send you the invitation. Purpose: arranging the conversation you asked for (pre-contractual steps, GDPR art. 6(1)(b)).

Language preference — the chosen language is kept in your browser's local storage (key “al-lang”). It stays on your device and is never transmitted.

Technical logs — the host keeps connection logs (IP address, timestamp, requested page, user agent) for security and diagnostics. Your IP address is also held briefly in memory to cap the number of bookings per hour and deter abuse; the site does not store it durably.

3. Cookies

This site sets no cookies. The local storage used for the language is strictly necessary for display and enables no tracking: it does not identify you and is not readable by third parties.

4. Recipients

  • Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC — creating the calendar event and sending the invitation.
  • Vercel Inc. — hosting and technical logs.
  • No data is sold, rented, or shared for advertising purposes.

5. Transfers outside the European Union

The providers above may process data outside the European Union, notably in the United States. Such transfers rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and, where applicable, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

6. Retention

  • Meetings: the event and the details attached to it remain in the calendar until deleted, and at most two years after the last contact.
  • Email exchanges: two years after the last contact.
  • Host logs: per the host's own policy, typically a few weeks.
  • Language preference: until you clear your site data.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise them, write to antony.loussararian@gmail.com. You will get a reply within one month.

If, after contacting us, you believe your rights are not respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).

8. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. The calendar credentials live on the server only and are never exposed to the browser. Booking details are not kept in a database of the site's own: they are handed to the calendar and then forgotten by the server.
