1. Data controller

2. What is processed, and why

Contact form — your name, email address and message are sent to this site, then handed to Gmail, which delivers them to my inbox. Purpose: answering your enquiry (pre-contractual steps, GDPR art. 6(1)(b)). The server keeps nothing: it relays the message and forgets it. If the send fails, the form offers to hand the message to your own mail client instead, in which case nothing passes through this site.

Call booking — your name and email address are sent to this site, then passed to Google Calendar to create the meeting and send you the invitation. Purpose: arranging the conversation you asked for (pre-contractual steps, GDPR art. 6(1)(b)).

Language preference — the chosen language is kept in your browser's local storage (key “al-lang”). It stays on your device and is never transmitted.

Audience measurement — Vercel Web Analytics counts page views and visitors. No cookie is set and no IP address is retained: a visitor is recognised through a non-reversible technical fingerprint derived in part from the IP address and the browser, rotated daily and then discarded. No profiles, no cross-site tracking, no data sold. Purpose: knowing how much the site is visited (legitimate interest, GDPR art. 6(1)(f)).

Technical logs — the host keeps connection logs (IP address, timestamp, requested page, user agent) for security and diagnostics. Your IP address is also held briefly in memory to cap the number of bookings and messages per hour and deter abuse; the site does not store it durably.

3. Cookies

This site sets no cookies, audience measurement included. The local storage used for the language is strictly necessary for display and enables no tracking: it does not identify you and is not readable by third parties.

4. Recipients

• —Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC — creating the calendar event, sending the invitation, and delivering contact-form messages.
• —Vercel Inc. — hosting, technical logs and audience measurement.
• —No data is sold, rented, or shared for advertising purposes.

5. Transfers outside the European Union

The providers above may process data outside the European Union, notably in the United States. Such transfers rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and, where applicable, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

6. Retention

• —Meetings: the event and the details attached to it remain in the calendar until deleted, and at most two years after the last contact.
• —Email exchanges: two years after the last contact.
• —Host logs: per the host's own policy, typically a few weeks.
• —Traffic statistics: aggregated, holding nothing that identifies you; the visitor fingerprint is rotated daily.
• —Language preference: until you clear your site data.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise them, write to antony.loussararian@gmail.com. You will get a reply within one month.

If, after contacting us, you believe your rights are not respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).

8. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. The calendar and mail credentials live on the server only and are never exposed to the browser. Neither booking details nor form messages are kept in a database of the site's own: they are handed to the calendar or the mailbox and then forgotten by the server.
